Introducing a  NEW Sunday a.m. Class—“Until We Pray”

A 7-week Bible study will begin March 18 during the 9 a.m. Sunday School hour. Bob and Laura Rodgers will lead a scriptural and spiritual exploration on intercessory prayer.  Using Maxie Dunham’s “Workbook of Intercessory Prayer,” we will begin the discussion with the question “What if there are some things God either cannot or will not do until people pray?”  We will continue examining other questions such as “Does intercessory prayer make a difference? How do I do it? Do I need to practice?”

Feel free to drop in any Sunday-each class stands on it’s own…Childcare will be provided!

Worship is a time of celebration for us at PUMC. We are convinced that God is at work in the lives of every person and in every corner of creation and community. So there is much to celebrate. Through strong music, through our stories of struggle and success, through a relevant message of hope for today’s sojourner, through the clapping of our hands and the tears that we shed, we give thanks and praise to God through Jesus Christ.
